If there is a toxic spill or exposure, proceed immediately to an area where you are no longer exposed and call 911. Give Building address, floor and phone number, and what type of spill has occurred. Take appropriate action to contain the hazard, close doors behind you, and always follow all safety procedures when working with toxic materials.
Biological, Chemical, Radiologic Event and Pandemic
In the event of an attack, shelter in place. Remaining indoors is the best option and be sure to listen for announcements and/or notifications.
If you suspect a gas leak in the area, leave the area immediately and refrain from using devices causing ignition such as cell phones, flashlights, matches, etc. and contact 911 for emergency assistance. After you have called 911 please contact PG&E at 1 800 743 5000 and then contact the Building Management Office.
